PokerStars USA Launches Sunset Series for Summer Series Qualifiers; Exclusive Events for Players in Regulated States

In the US regions where PokerStars operates within the law, gamers now have a fresh chance to earn online qualifications for the imminent Summer Series live tournaments through the newly introduced Sunset Series by PokerStars USA. The Sunset Series offers a chance to secure satellite-qualifier packages for each of the three Summer Series tournaments scheduled to occur at Live! Philadelphia in the upcoming weeks.

The freshly introduced Sunset Series kicks off tomorrow, July 21, and will run until July 31. The online tournament will feature three specific Summer Series satellite qualifiers as follows:

July 23: $550 Summer Series Package – $5 Entry Fee July 28: $1,100 Summer Series Package – $10 Entry Fee July 30: $2,200 Summer Series Package – $20 Entry Fee According to PokerStars USA, the victor of each online qualifier match will receive a package that includes:

Entrance fees for the $550, $1,100, $2,200 contests $700 to cover miscellaneous expenses Luxury 5-star hotel accommodation for the winner and a companion Extra exclusive experiences during the tournament The entry fees for the online Sunset Series matches start at just $5. The “Sunset” competitions are rapid-format versions of other notable PokerStars nighttime events, designed to mitigate the frequent late nights or early mornings experienced by players. In addition, PokerStars will roll out new Midnight Express tournaments featuring enhanced guarantees.

The Sunset Series will host 36 tournaments, with entry fees starting as low as $5. Sunset Editions, which are turbo versions of major nighttime events, will be available to alleviate the issue of late nights faced by participants. For those who prefer the night, special editions of PokerStars’ Midnight Express tournaments will also make their debut, featuring increased guarantees.
